Health and Safety Compliance
IES can assist you with assessing the level of compliance to the Health and Safety regulations (OSHA). We accomplishthis by performing a Health and Safety Audit of your facility. The audit identifies potential areas of concern and provides you with an itemized list of action items to bring the facility into compliance. IES can then assist you with addressing the action items to include the development of the required programs, such as Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, Lockout/Tagout, Forklift Operation, and Bloodborne Pathogens.

Industrial Hygiene
IES can provide a full-range of industrial hygiene services related to biosafety, chemical safety, and exposure evaluations.
IES can perform assessments of potential biological, chemical, and physical hazards through sampling and evaluations (air sampling, noise measurement, ventilations system evaluations to name a few). We also make recommendations on how to correct any potential areas of concern and work with our engineering group to develop cost-effective solutions.

Radiation Safety Program Audits
Our qualified and experienced radiation safety consultants will review all aspects of your radiation protection program and compare it to existing or proposed regulations, industry "standards," or from a "good practices" perspective. The audit includes the evaluation of existing written procedures and documents, an inspection of areas where licensed activities take place to assess compliance with the requirements of the radioactive materials license and the applicable sections of the Code of Federal Regulations Title 10. You will receive a full written report along with our recommendations for program modifications.

Environmental, Health and Safety Program Development
IES will assist you in the development of the necessary programs to ensure continued compliance with the environmental, health and safety regulations. As part of these services, IES will develop operating procedures and management systems to ensure continued compliance with the applicable regulations. IES will also provide training to selected personnel to ensure that the appropriate people are properly trained to use the systems and programs developed by IES.

Environmental, Health & Safety Program Management
IES understands that EH&S Compliance is not always your first priority. IES can manage your EH&S Program while you can concentrate on your priorities such as facility management and research and development. IES ensures that the facility is in compliance with routine recordkeeping and reporting requirements. We will also advise facilities on any upcoming new, proposed, or change regulations that will impact operations at the facility. IES provides these services to facilities on a lump sum annual fee that is billed monthly. You pick the amount of services and associated costs that we will provide for you.
