Manage and grow the process-engineering group. Provide technical process engineering leadership and expertise for a variety of process industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemical, petroleum, food, and heavy industry. Provide technical troubleshooting for clients’ existing systems, identify potential improvements, and take the lead in pursuing process-oriented projects. Participate as a member of multi-disciplined teams as the process engineer or the project manager. Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, control schemes, and process design. Perform process hazards analysis and HAZOPS.
Requirements
· BS Chemical Engineering
· 10+ Years Process Industry Experience
· 5+ Years Engineering Design Experience for Process Industries
· Chemical Engineering Technical Knowledge applicable to a Broad array of Process-Oriented Industries
· Demonstrated Ability to Interface with Clients
· Demonstrated Ability to Communicate Effectively
· Ability and Willingness to Work in a Strong Team Atmosphere
· Ability and Willingness to Travel
Preference:
· PE License
· Strong Understanding of Process Safety Management
· Experience with pharmaceutical potent compounds and controls process engineering
· Experience with EPA Risk Management Programs (RMP)
· Ability to Manage Projects
· Prior Consulting Experience
