Mr. Soni offers clients more than 30 years of environmental engineering and consulting experience. He is widely recognized for his technical and regulatory knowledge in the environmental field and is a frequent speaker to ISPE, AIPE, ABR, and other organizations. Mr. Soni founded IES Engineers and serves as its president.

Mr. Soni has successfully delivered many compliance-driven projects to pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, biotechnology, and healthcare facilities. Mr. Soni is responsible for allocating resources to compete projects expeditiously, maintaining quality assurance, developing long-term compliance strategies, and attending high-level regulatory agency negotiations on behalf of clients.
