Ms. Supplee has more than 5 years of environmental compliance experience involving waste management, hazardous waste, wastewater, air quality, and multi-media/environmental auditing. She has performed contract work for DuPont Pharmaceutical Company as an Environmental Scientist, GlaxoSmithKline as a Clinical Data Coordinator, and Connective Energy as an Environmental Compliance Consultant. In addition, Ms. Supplee was a Senior Environmental Consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton for three years. She has characterized hazardous, biohazardous, and radioactive wastes; managed a radioactive hazardous waste disposal program; conducted monthly wastewater sampling programs and prepared required monthly reports; audited satellite waste storage areas; supported Phase I environmental audits, and reviewed multi-media permits to determine facility compliance status; updated and maintained environmental compliance manuals; and performed technical reviews of RCRA Facility Investigation reports (RFIs) submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. At IES, Ms. Supplee’s primary responsibility is ensuring that our clients’ facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. She assists in the preparation of residual waste and hazardous waste reporting forms and prepares regulatory permit and license documentation for industrial companies for the construction and modification of process equipment.
